Q: Will my teeth be cleaned during my first appointment?
A: No; we recommend assessing the patient's oral needs before determining the type of cleaning that may be required.

Q: How much do I need to pay for dental services?
A: Costs for dental services depend on each person's insurance coverage and deductible amount. We ensure that every patient understands the cost of treatment before any dental work is performed.

Q: What types of insurances do you accept?
A: We accept all indemnity plans, most PPOs and some HMO plans. Please contact our offices for more detailed insurance listing.

Q: Can I schedule an early morning appointment before work?
A: Yes. Many of our locations have hours as early as 7 a.m. During the Spring and Summer, some offices take appointments beginning at 6 a.m. Please check with our dental location near you to verify early appointment availability.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: No, but we do offer the Dental Care Advantage  card that offers discounted fees for dental services. 

Q: Do you see children?
A: Certainly! As family dentists, we welcome young children, adolescents, teens and all other age groups.

A: Of course, we have several types of teeth whitening services available.

Q: How many dentists are in the offices?

Q: Do I need to have x-rays?
A: Yes, x-rays provide an accurate record of your teeth's condition and are necessary for proper diagnosis.We will take a set of full-mouth x-rays on your first visit and bite wing x-rays every year thereafter.

Q:How would I know if I need a root canal?
A: Here are the symptoms that might indicate the need for root canal treatment:

  • Sensitivity to hot and cold foods
  • Severe decay or injury that creates an abscess (infection) in the bone.
  • Spontaneous pain or throbbing while biting.
